Kick the Habit are the 'Sister' band to Free and Co. consisting of the same 5 members.

 

Kick the Habit play a wide range of Rock Covers including some Free and Bad Company songs and are the reason that Free and Co. came about.

 

Kick the Habit already had around 7 or 8 Free and Bad Company songs in their set and had been gigging for around a year when they decided to start Free and Co. the tribute to Free and Bad Company as a side project.
